Are you looking for a motivational speaker for a corporate event? Let Susan speak on a variety of health and wellness topics and incorporate exercise and movement into the session. An afternoon session may include:
Lecture “Motivating Your Metabolism” includes exercise prescription and nutritional guidelines for any fitness level.
Walking workshop.
Mind-Body Flow class includes movement and Ashtanga based yoga for all fitness levels.
Inner Journey workshop includes mind-body-spirit topics and discussion, journaling and self-reflection.
Stress Reduction workshop includes discussion and techniques for reducing stress.
Meditation workshop with a focus on mindfulness and being in the present moment.
Workshops can range from 1 hour to a full day.
60 minute session: $150.00 plus travel
Half day workshop (3-4 hours): $300.00 plus travel
Full day workshop (6-8 hours): $500.00 plus travel
