Confused about how to begin with exercise? Tired of weight loss gimmicks that don't work? This session will get you going in the right direction with a focus on exercise prescription. Susan will explain the basics behind metabolism and teach you the fundamentals of effective exercise that you can do in the least amount of time. Make the commitment to look after yourself!
3) Inner Journey:
This is a wonderful introspective session that focuses on deepening the connection between your mind, body and spirit. Learn more about yourself through discussion, exercise as a release, relaxation techniques and meditation. Take the time to nurture your soul
